18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 60 years old; 2. Patients with symptomatic Chiari I malformation did not have surgery for the condition before; 3. Patients accept regular follow-up as required; 4. Patients and their families are informed consent of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hydrocephalus or atlantoaxial instability; 2. Patients who had posterior cranial fossa decompression or cerebrospinal fluid shunt operation before; 3. Patients with hemorrhagic disease are unable to tolerate surgery; 4. Pregnant patients; 5. Not intend to participate in any clinical trials.
