Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 years old; 2. Not complicated with gastric malignancy; 3. Diagnosed as gastric submucosal tumor and the maximum diameter was less than 2 cm; 4. Without high risk phenotype (irregular border, ulcer, dense echo and heterogeneity); 5. Diagnosed as gastrointestinal stromal tumor by fine needle biopsy; 6. Patients agree to join in the present study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe cardiorespiratory dysfunction; 2. With imatinib taking history; 3. With HIV infection or AIDS related diseases; 4. Pregnant or breast feeding; 5. Poor compliance.
