18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 55 years, male or female; 2. Primary school or above degree3.Diagnosis is based on the DSM-IV - opioid dependence diagnostic criteria; 3. After 10-day acute detoxification; 4. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 5. Negative urinary test for morphine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With other genetic diseases, serious physical illness, nervous diseases and mental disorders; 2. Poly-drug abuse (more than 1 time per month); 3. Poor compliance, can not be in line with the interview; 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials.
