3 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age3~15 years; 2. hospitalized bronchopneumonia children diagnosed based on bronchopneumonia (mycoplasmal or bacterial) diagnose criteria; 3. after admission taking antibiotics (azithromycin + cefamandole) therapy more than 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects children with any of the following conditions excluded from the study: 1. diarrhea at the beginning, or diarrhea a week before enrollment; 2. critical mycoplasmal pneumonia children need for ICU care(Eligible for any following conditions: (1) cannot maintain SaO2 more than 0.92 when FiO2 more than 0.6; (2) shock; (3) RR boosts, rapid pulse with sever respiratory distress and Systemic failure, with or not PaCO2 increasing); 3. children with any lower digestive tract diseases: IBD, FGIDs, IBS; 4. taken any probiotics at the beginning or 2 weeks before enrollment.
