Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female hospitalized patients, aged 18-75 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with pulmonary edema through the following signs. History: come to plateau quickly; typical symptoms: cough, pink frothy sputum, chest tightness, palpitation significantly, cyanosis; pulmonary moist rales; typical imaging findings: flocculent shadows, Butterfly-shaped shadows; 3. There should be at least two lobes or more show typical piece flocculent shadows in chest radiography or chest CT; 4. arterial po2 =< 50mmhg arterial oxygen saturation =< 70% before treatment; 5. Subjects can understand, comply with the trial protocol, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mainly in patients who are not suitable for non-invasive mechanical ventilation: 1) cardiorespiratory arrest; 2) Coma or consciousness disorders lead to incompatibility of patients; 3) Spontaneously breathing is weak and breathing maybe stop at any time; 4) Great possibility of aspiration; 5) Combined with nonfunction of important organs such as liver kidney; 6) Trauma or deformity in face induce unable to wear mask; 7) Serious infection; 8) Serious obesity; 9) mechanicalness obstruction of upper airway; 10) excessive mental strain lead to incompatibility of patients.
