Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I parturientes at full-term gestation, 18-45 yr of age, at term gestation (= 37 weeks) with a singleton uncomplicated pregnancy,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under 100 kg , postoperative nausea and vomiting, and hypersensitivity to dexamethasone
