40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent, who volunteered to participate in this study; 2. Aged 40-60 years peri-menopausal women and postmenopausal women, be amenorrhea within 10 years, have some menopausal symptom, such as vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats) and vaginal dryness and discomfort ect.; 3. requesting for treatment without menopausal symtoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. women with contraindications of HRT, including Unexplained vaginal bleeding, or known or suspected estrogen-dependent tumor, or thromboembolic disease or thrombophilia in the past 6 months; or severe liver and kidney dysfunction etc.; 2. women receiving or received glucocorticoids, estrogens, statins, thyroid hormone, fluoride, bisphosphonate, calcitonin, thiazide diuretics, barbiturates, antiseizure medications, vitamin D, or calcium-containing drugs in the past 6 months.
