Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical symptoms, ultrasonography, enema all meet the intussusception diagnosis; 2. Under 14 years; 3. From onset of symptoms to diagnosis is less than 48 hours; 4. Clinically stable, not severe dehydrated, no signs of peritonitis or intestine perforation; 5. The air enema shows the Intussusception apex can retreat to the ascending colon or ileocecal junction. (For those who have multiple enemas, we count on the last one).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis is indefinite; 2. The onset of symptoms more than 48 hours; 3. Severe dehydrated, peritonitis, or any other sign of intestine perforation; 4. The Intussusception apex is at the distal parts of hepatic flexure of colon and unmovable.
