Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet to the diagnosis standard of knee osteoarthritis; 2. Aged 40~75 years; 3. X-ray Kellgren classification I~III; 4. Volunteered as subjects, can receive the experimental drug and ensure the completion of course.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary and serious disease of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2. Allergic constitution or allergic to many medicines; 3. Mentally disease or Senile dementia; 4. Do not cooperate with treatment, not according to the prescribed medication; 5. Are participating in other clinical trials or participated in other clinical trials in three months.
