18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Migraine attacks with or without typical aura according to the ICHD-II; 2. the first migraine attack younger than 50 years old; 3. disease course more than one year; 4. 26 (including 2 and 6) migraine attacks in the 4-week baseline period; 5. Aged 18 to 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. >10 days per month usage of preventive medication for migraine attacks; 2. 6 migraine attacks in the 4-week baseline period; 3. Using prevention of migraine drugs such as beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, antiepileptic drugs, antidepressants and 5-HT receptor blockers within 12 weeks of randomization; 4. Drug and/or alcohol abuse; 5. Severe primary systemic disorders including heart,brain,liver,kidney,Hematopoietic system,etc; 6. Significant psychiatric disease; 7. Allergic to study drug; 8. Pregnant and lactating women.
