Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I parturientes at full-term gestation, aged 18-45 years, at term gestation (more than 37 weeks) with a singleton uncomplicated pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under 100 kg, postoperative nausea and vomiting, and hypersensitivity to dexamethasone.
