18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ninety consenting adult patients (aged 18-70 years) ASA physical status I and II, scheduled for thyroid surgery are admitted to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusive criteria includes known severe neurological, cardiovascular disease, hepatic and renal dysfunction, pregnancy, a long history of taking kinds of analgesic, contraindication of the opioid (a history of hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, myasthenia gravis).
