Age
40 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-55 years old; 2. patients of one-day menopausal health guidance clinic; 3. In past 1 year living in Beijing or easy to come back to Beijing to follow-up; 4. menopausal symptom score: 15 < or = KMI <35;5. signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients are receiving hormone treatment or botanicals to treat perimenopausal syndrome within three month; 2. patients who have severe menopausal symptoms and require drug treatment; 3. patients who are using lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic drugs; 4. patients who are using drugs or doing physical therapy to improve pelvic function; 5. patients who have some diseases and can not participate in physical exercise; 6. patients who are involved in any other clinical investigations; 7. Other researchers believe that the patients can not be included in the study.
