Monotherapy group:6 cycles of systemic chemotherapy
Combined Therapy group:2 cycles of HAIC plus 4 cycles of systemic chemotherapy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The main inclusion criteria for the study were: histologically verified carcinoma of the colon or the rectum, no prior cancer therapy, performance status (PS) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) 0-2, modest hepatic insufficiency with total bilirubin <2.0, aspartate transaminase (AST) / alanine transaminase (ALT) <4 times the upper limit of normal, absence of portal vein thrombosis, adequate bone marrow and renal function and years of age 18 to 75. During the operation, ultrasound sonography was also performed to confirm that no liver metastases were present.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: cancer of anal canal;received preoperative cancer therapy;liver metastases detected during operation;liver metastases detected in 6 monthes after operation.
