45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with degenerative thoracolumbar thoracic; 2. male or female; 3. Aged older than 45 years; 4. Have orthopedic surgical indications; 5. Operation will be under general anesthesia; 6. Be able to read and write in Chinese, have no communication barriers; 7. Agreed to participate in this study, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use glucocorticoid within 2 weeks; 2. Have contraindications to use hormones, budesonide and ambroxol; 3. Mechanical ventilation to be done in the perioperative period; 4. Have heart failure and other serious or uncontrolled systemic diseases; 5. Combined with thoracic,abdominal or head trauma; 6. Combined with adrenal insufficiency symptoms or signs; 7. Be unable to complete pulmonary function test; 8. Have a history of respiratory infection within 8 weeks; 9. Pregnant or lactating women.
