Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases must conform to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine of PCOS and the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine of "liver channel damp-heat syndrome"; 2. All are Volunteered for the test and sign the informed consent; 3. All are Untreated with western medicine.Or the person was treated with western medicine but that has been discontinued for 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Who doesn't meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine will be excluded after Endocrinology consultation.Including other disease of persistent anovulatory,high androgen and insulin resistance disease(insulin resistance, IR), such as Organic disease of reproductive organs,hypothalamic amenorrhea, hypercortisolism, idiopathic hirsutism, thyroid disease or cancer, etc.; Primary diabetes and endocrine disorder; Allergic constitution, or allergy for a variety of drug; and high testosterone levels with other reasons, etc.; 2. Do not accord with the diagnostic criteria of raditional Chinese medicine of "liver channel damp-heat syndrome".
