Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of UA fell into the low moderate risk group; (2) Having a history of old myocardial infarction or the results of coronary angiography suggest that at least one coronary artery diameter stenosis>=50%; (3) Aged between of 35 and 70; (4) Patients were informed and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Undergoing PCI or CABG recently; (2) Having Acute myocardiol infarction or acute cerebrovascular disease within recent 1 month; (3) Complicating severe cardiac valve disease,serious primary diseases or malignancy of hepatic, renal, hematopoietic system or psychosis; (4) Having NYHA class IV Heart failure, EF <35% or requiring continuous mechanical adjuvant treatment; (5) being poor compliance and difficulty in follow-up; (6) Pregnant women or those trying to conceive to or lactating; (7) Inhibiting data collection of spirituality, language or something else; (8) Having autoimmune diseases activity of rheumatoid or Tuberculosis; (9) Having infection, fever, burns, wounds or surgical history.
