Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be conformed to the nonspecific low back pain diagnosis standard; 2. Aged 18-65; 3. Did not receive any other treatment; 4. Agreed to and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spinal surgery; 2. History of severe spinal trauma; 3. Imaging can see spinal patients with osteoporosis and other bone tumor; 4. Merge serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular hematopoietic digestive system or psychiatric patients; 5. Pregnancy and nursing mothers; 6. Liver and kidney function was abnormal; 7. There are other autoimmune diseases allergic disease and chronic infections; 8. Don't want to join the trial.
