Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A:The investigation of central mechanism of acupuncture-anesthetic composite anesthesia technique(AACM): 1. To be aged 18 to 30 years old; 2. Gender: not limited; 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18-31 kg.m-2 (excluding 18); 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification: I-II; 5. Signing informed consent. B: The investigation of analgesic mechanism of acupuncture-anesthetic composite anesthesia technique(AACM): 1. To be aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. Gender: not limited; 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18-31 kg.m-2 (excluding 18); 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification: I-II; 5. Signing informed consent; 6. Diagnosis for Pituitary tumor, and patients scheduled for transsphenoidal surgery. C: The investigation of influence of acupuncture-anesthetic composite anesthesia technique(AACM) to anesthesia recovery: 1. To be aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. Gender: not limited; 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18-31 kg.m-2 (excluding 18); 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification: I-II; 5. Signing informed consent; 6. Diagnosis for refractory epilepsy, and patients scheduled for intracranial electrode implant surgery. D: The investigation of influence of acupuncture-anesthetic composite anesthesia technique(AACM) to anesthesia induction: 1. To be aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. Gender: not limited; 3. Body mass index (BMI): 18-31 kg.m-2 (excluding 18); 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification: I-II; 5. Signing informed consent; 6. Diagnosis for refractory epilepsy, and patients scheduled for intracranial electrode removal surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. The investigation of central mechanism of acupuncture-anesthetic composite anesthesia technique(AACM): 1. Does not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. History of acupuncture within six months; 3. Lactating and pregnant women; 4. Participating in other clinical trials within four weeks; 5. Volunteers who are using central analgesic medications. Opiate addiction, and dependence; 6. Extreme anxiety, fear or uncooperative; B. The investigation of analgesic mechanism of acupuncture-anesthetic composite anesthesia technique(AACM): 1. Does not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. History of acupuncture within six months; 3. Lactating and pregnant women; 4. Participating in other clinical trials within four weeks; 5. Patients who are using central analgesic medications. Opiate addiction, and dependence; 6. extreme anxiety, fear or uncooperative; 7. Major bleeding or other unexpected situation in surgery; 8. The operation time<4 hour. C: The investigation of influence of acupuncture-anesthetic composite anesthesia technique(AACM) to anesthesia recovery: 1. Does not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. History of acupuncture within six months; 3. lactating and pregnant women; 4. Participating in other clinical trials within four weeks; 5. Patients who are using central analgesic medications; Opiate addiction, and dependence; 6. Extreme anxiety, fear or uncooperative; 7. Major bleeding or other unexpected situation in surgery; 8. The operation time<6 hour. D. The investigation of influence of acupuncture-anesthetic composite anesthesia technique (AACM) to anesthesia induction: 1. Does not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. History of acupuncture within six months; 3. lactating and pregnant women; 4. Participating in other clinical trials within four weeks; 5. Patients who are using central analgesic medications. Opiate addiction, and dependence; 6. Extreme anxiety, fear or uncooperative.
