Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients diagnosed and verified by pathological or cytological evidence receiving chemotherapy; 2. KPS scores graded more than 60, and expected lifetime longer than 3 months; 3. had no history of drug abuse or allergy; 4. test results accord with chemotherapy indications, had no use of antiemetics and no vomit before chemotherapy in 24hours; 5. Written informed consent signers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. had no clear sign of cancer lesion; 2. had received similar therapies which would exert influence upon our observation; 3. had liver and kidney function compromised or cardiovascular diseases or mental disorders; 4. Poor compliance.
