Interventions

A:patients received continuous intravenous infusion of the nicardipine 3 ug/kg/min
B:patients received continuous intravenous infusion of the nicardipine 3 ug/kg/min and esmolol 30ug/kg/min
C:patients received continuous intravenous infusion of the nitroglycerin 3 ug/kg/min
D:patients received continuous intravenous infusion of the nitroglycerin nicardipine 3 ug/k and esmolol 30ug/kg/min
E:an equal volume of normal saline

75 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) II or III; 2. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of > 23; 3. greater than six years of education; 4. no history of neurological diseases or hyperthyroidism; 5. normal liver and kidney function; 6. no impairment of vision and hearing; and 7. no administration of sedative, antidepressant or analgesic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The mini mental state examination (MMSE) score 177 umol/L) or active liver disease; 4. the central nervous system or mental illness; 5. and taking tranquilizers, antidepressants or a history of alcoholism; 6. influence the visual disorder serious AC.
