Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Off-pump CABG patients, ASA II-III grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were emergency surgery, left ventricular ejection fraction<40%, diabetes, old myocardial infarction, allergic history of anesthetics, abnormal coagulate function, contraindications of transesophageal echocardio- graphy.
