Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of hemiplegic cerebral palsy according to clinical criteria; 2. minimum age of 6 years old and maximum age of 18 years old; 3. a 20–80% difference between two hands; 4. children and parents informed consent to accept the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. any health problems that are not associated with cerebral palsy,and uncontrolled seizures; 2. contraindications of rTMS treatment,such as skull defects repaired with metallic materials,etc; 3. contractures that limit functional arm and hand use; 4. received botulinum toxin injection in the upper limb during the last 6 months or who wish to receive it within the period of study; 5. orthopedic surgery on their involved upper limb; 6. visual and balance problems that would prevent them from carrying out the intervention or assessment; 7. received other interventions that affect this study.
