Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients less than 16 years old with newly diagnosed PML-RARa positive acute promyelocytic leukemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have coma, convulsion or paralysis due to intracranial hemorrhage or central nervous system leukemia at diagnosis.
