18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >/=18 years old; 2. Primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment; 3. PVR stage </=B; 4. Suitable for encircling scleral buckling surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age B; 3. Traumatic RRD; 4. Previous intraocular surgery such as cataract surgery; 5. Coexisting eye diseases that have an impact on visual acuity (VA),such as glaucoma, uveitis, keratoconus; 6. Systemic disease that may influence the postoperative course or wound healing.
