18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consecutive patients for upper endoscopy with various symptoms; 2. HP RUT positive; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years, man or woman; 4. Once failure for H. pylori eradication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking any drug which could influence the study results such as PPI, H2-receptor blockers, bismuth salts and antibiotics in the previous 4 weeks; 2. Gastrointestinal malignancy; 3. Previous gastric and esophageal surgeries; 4. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome; 5. Severe concomitant cardiovascular, respiratory, hematological, renal, hepatic, neurological, psychiatric or endocrine diseases; 6. History of allergy to any of the drugs used in the study; 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. Alcohol abuse; 9. Any other clinically significant medical condition that could increase risk of side effects.
