18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent; 2. Aged between 18 and 65; 3. weight>/=50kg; 4. internal patients whose Hb value is below 70 g/L, suffere from one or more clinical symptoms such as pallor, giddiness, anhelation, or palpitation; 5. Patients who will undergo a preplanned surgerie, whose transfusion is considered necessary by surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. active bleeding; 2. hemolytic disease,such as hereditary hemolytic anemia,red-cell fragement syndrome,drug induced immune hemolytic anemia, hypersplenism etc; 3. autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythemalosus,autoimmune hemolytic anemia, DIC, systemic vasculitis etc.; 4. serious systemic disease or complications; 5. The existence of the peripheral nervous system disorders or significant neurological disorders and a history of central nervous system disorders, sucn as patients with alcoholism, drug addiction or mental illness; 6. Pregnant or lactating woman, or child-bearing period woman.
