40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with knee osteoarthritis diagnostic criteria; 2. People aged 40 to 65 years; 3. People who willing to join in this test and Sign the informed consent; 4. The course of the disease in a month or longer. Diagnostic Criteria: 1. With reference to clinical diagnosis standards promulgated by the American rheumatism association in 2001 (1) Pain in the knee at most days in a month (2) Crepitus on active motion (3) Less than 30 minutes of morning stiffness (4) Over 40 years of age (5) Bony enlargement (6) Bony tenderness (7) With lock symptoms and grinding test positive Meet (1)(2)(3)(4); or (1)(2)(5); or (1)(4)(5) or (1)(3)(4)(6); or (1)(3)(4)(7) can be diagnosed. 2. The clinical and radiographic findings (1) Pain in the knee at most days in a month (2) Bone spur on X-ray (3) Synovial Fluid signs of osteoarthritis (showing clear, viscous fluid with a white blood cell count less than 2000/mm3.) (4) Over 40 years of age (5) Less than 30 minutes of morning stiffness (6) Crepitus on active motion Meet (1)(2); or (1)(3)(5)(6); or (1)(4)(5)(6) can be diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of trauma and surgery; 2. People With cancer, tuberculosis, such as osteomyelitis; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and serious mental illness; 4. History of drug allergy.
