Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Intervention target will be village doctor in charge of immunizationInclusion criteria:a. Village doctors that in charge of immunization (both management and injection); 2. If there are several village doctors available, then choose the youngest one and with the assistant practicing license for clinical doctors; 3. Survey target will be caregiver of children aged 12-23 months old. Children aged over 1 year are supposed to finish the injection procedure for the five vaccinations. Therefore, caregiver of children aged 12-23 month old are our survey target in both baseline and endline survey. Inclusion criteriaa. Living in local area; 4. Receive immunization service in Xuanhan County; 5. Children aged 12 to 23 months; 6. If there are more than one child aged 12 to 23 months, only include the youngest one; 7. Caregivers of the selected children.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intervention target will be village doctor in charge of immunization Exclusion criteria: (1) Refuse to participate; (2) The estimated number of children aged one to two years old in village was less than 7. The estimated number is calculated as the number of children reported multiplied by 75%(The average percentage of children stay in the village) and 90% (estimated response rate); 2. Survey target will be caregiver of children aged 12-23 months old. Children aged over 1 year are supposed to finish the injection procedure for the five vaccinations. Therefore, caregiver of children aged 12-23 month old are our survey target in both baseline and endline survey. Exclusion criteria 1. Refuse to participate.
