18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Patients underwent abdominal surgery of class II incision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorder or reluctant to cooperate; 2. Patients having immune suppression; 3. Diabetes patients; 4. surgical wound closed by stage; 5. Patients quit by themselves.
