Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. compliance with ACR 1987RA or ACR / EULAR 2010 RA diagnostic criteria; 2. TCM belong to yin-deficiency of liver and kidney pattern; 3. disease activity index DAS28> 3.2; 4. patients aged 18-70 years old; 5. the patient has signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Steinbrocker grading of hand and wrist is grade IV in X-ray; 2. patients suffering from liver and kidney disease and severe heart disease; 3. patients suffering other than RA with autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid: SLE, scleroderma; 4. patients suffering from other inflammatory arthritis in addition to RA, such as gout, Lyme disease; 5. patients suffering pregnancy, lactation and women who intend to become pregnant recently; 6. patients unwilling to accept acupuncture treatment; 7. patients within the last three months participated in clinical trials in patients with other drugs.
