18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized type 2 diabetes (WHO, 1999); 2. over18 years old; 3. Duration longer than 2 years; 4. HbA1c above 8%; 5. The participants are going to interview their doctors routinely (2 or 4 times per month).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Breast feeding; 3. Severe debilitating disease and cognitive deficit, for instance complex co-morbidity and need treatment in hospital; 4. Knowledge level and compliance both high (both A and D increased).
