Precompetition Nervous Syndrome

Interventions

WAA group:WAA on NO.1 area on both sides, 3 h before competition, retaining needle for 30 min
sham acupuncture group:sham acupuncture on NO.1 area on both sides, 3 h before competition, retaining needle for 30 min
Breathing control group:(1) breathing in and breathe out slowly and deeply
(2) breathing with nose, without mouth
(3) breathing with the rhythm, inhaling for about 4 s, holding for 1 s. then breathing out for about 4 s, holding for 1 s, repeated 10 times

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient have not yet received the wrist ankle acupuncture treatment; 2. patient have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the pre-match tension syndrome patients with drugs or other systems at the same time; 2. with a history of mental illness or physical disease; 3. no depression trend(depression self rating scale score < 41).
