Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 75 years old; 2. The family members or I signed informed consent form; 3. Comply with depression diagnostic criteria; 4. HAMD score (17) is greater than or equal to 17 points; 5. The first attack, the attack course of 2 weeks and 24 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to verbal communication; 2. The serious patients at risk of suicide; 3. Has a history of dementia; 4. Previous or current diagnosis of bipolar disorder; 5. Always have a clear history of mental illness or psychotic symptoms; 6. A history of substance dependence; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
