Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Birth weight from 1000g to 2000g; preterm infants (gestational age between 30 and 34 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: infants with congenital hereditary metabolic diseases;congenital malformations; renal dysfunction;liver disease;guardian refuses participants;dropped out for various reasons researchers;
