Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T2DM (WHO,1999), who sleep on early morning, accessed by PSQI(sleep too late), HbA1c >8%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: T1DM, Serious acute and chronic complications, including renal and liver failure, CVD,DPN;Diagnosed sleep disorders; Mental disease, or use any psychotropic medicine; Night shiftwork in last 3 months or jet lag within 1 month; Other endocrinological diseases, such as thyroid disease; Alchoholism or additative smoking history; Younger than 18 yrs; Parents with little kids; Pregnancy or lactation.
