Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients match the diagnostic criteria of Laryngo-pharyngeal Reflux Disease; 2. Between 18 and 65 years old, male or female; 3. Patients should be be informed consent, and volunteer to participate in the study; 4. Be able to finish the related Case report form records as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used other medicines to treat Laryngo-pharyngeal Reflux Disease; 2. Below 18 years or above 65 years,Pregnancy, breast-feeding women; 3. Serious heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or other diseases affecting survival, such as tumor, AIDS or Renal dysfunction; 4. Patients who are not able to have fully informed consent because of mental retardation; 5. Patients who have alcohol, drug abuse history; 6. Allergy, or be allergic to the experimental drug; 7. Patients taking other clinical trials of drugs.
