one cohort:intracoronary infusion of physiological saline at placebo period and intracoronary infusion of GTN at the GTN stage

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1st stage: CAD patients: at least a diameter has stenosis >=50% in three main coronary artery, and near segment of LAD has stenosis; 2st stagehealth volunteers (The physical examination and liver, kidney function, electrocardiogram are normal, no smoking, and didn't take any medication).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1st stage: CAD patients: at least a diameter has stenosis >=50% in three main coronary artery, and near segment of LAD has stenosis; 2st stage: health volunteers who accepted any mediacation.
