Interventions

BRILINTA:Initiate BRILINTA treatment with a 180 mg (two 90 mg tablets) loading dose and continue treatment with 90 mg twice daily.
Plavix:Initiate Plavix treatment with a 300 mg (four 75 mg tablets) loading dose and continue treatment with 75 mg daily.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Established indication to PCI according to the guidelines of China Heart Association guidelines of American Heart Association, and American College of Cardiology; 2. Aged > 18 years, written consent; 3. Native coronary lesion suitable for stent placement and OCT imaging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: General exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and breast feeding mother; 2. Co-morbidity with an estimated life expectancy of 30 mm.
