18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 18 to 65; 2. male and female; 3. onset time less than 48 hours; 4. Clinical manifestations of metastatic right lower abdominal or acute onset of right lower quadrant pain; McBurney point tenderness; or accompanied by muscle tension; 5. temperature<39.0 degree C; 6. WBC<20×10^9/L; 7. Stable vital signs: respiratory smooth (18-24 beats/min), pulse strong (60-110 beats / min), normal blood pressure (90-120/60-80mmHg); 8. No previous history of chronic cardiaclungbrainkidey and lvier diseases; 9. Signed informed consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Being treated patients with inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis; 3. Right lower quadrant abdominal plate and tenderness, rebound tenderness; 4. Ultrasonic tips appendix mass or product gas periappendiceal; 5. Upright abdominal X-ray prompt free gas below the diaphragm; 6. Bleeding tendency; 7. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 8. Do not agree to participate in this study or refused to sign the informed consent.
