Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Differentiated thyroid cancer with no clinical, histopathological, sonographical or biochemical signs of persistent disease T1-3N0-1aM0 were included 1-6 months after total thyroidectomy appropriate extent of neck lymph node dissection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Differentiated thyroid cancer with T4,N1b, positive TgAb,or any metastases; patients with liver kidney damage; pregnant breast-feeding women bone marrow suppression.
