18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. TBSA >= 30%; 2. Admission to hospital within 12h of injury(intervention group 2-1), or Admission to hospital within 12~24h(intervention group 2-2); 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. Informed consent is signed by patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or chronic heart failure, severe arrhythmia; 2. acute respiratory failure; 3. Acute drug toxicosis or carbon monoxide poisoning; 4. Acute or chronic renal insufficiency; 5. Severe brain organic diseases (intracranial hemorrhage, infarction, etc.). 6. Severe mental illness; 7. Systemic failure diseases such as malignancy.
