Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 pediatric patients (aged 10 months to 3-year-old, weight 9.3-16.5 kg, ASA I-II) underwent airway foreign body removal surgery were included.Aspiration apart from the operation time was between 3 h to 1 w.Preoperative patients usually had different degree of cough, difficulty breathing, lung breath sounds auscultation side reduced or disappeared. The airway foreign bodies were mainly peanut, sunflower seeds, corn, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with the central nervous system, cardiovascular, endocrine, and immune system disease.
