Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. TBSA 30% to 80%; 3. thermal burn patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has serious heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system dysfunction before the burn injury (the cardiac function>=III level, with moderate or severe cardiovascular disease objective inspection basis; Total bilirubin>=33umol/L; Creatinine>=171µmol/L; 24h urine=<500ml; Platelet<100x10^9/L); 2. the patient has severe asthma or chronic respiratory disease; 3. The patient has severe gastrointestinal bleeding, with chronic gastrointestinal diseases, or used to have the gastrointestinal surgery on admission; 4. With shock or severe inhalation injury; 5. Using glucocorticoid treatment due to other diseases; 6. Using immunosuppressant treatment due to other diseases; 7. Expected survival time less than 24 hours; 8. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 9. Suffering from a mental illness, without self-control and clear express, or other mental illnesses; 10. Malignant tumor patients; 11. Don't want to sign the informed consent form.
