Interventions

Conventional treatment group:Clinical routine with hyperglycemia control target: HbA1c<7.0%
Insulin treatment group:Use of insulin to control hyperglycemia with a target: HbA1c<7.0%
Statin treatment group:Use of a statin (lipid solubility, standard doses)
Hyperglycemia control with a target: HbA1c<7.0%

40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 75 years old; 2. Type 2 diabetes, nearly diagnosed by OGTT or oral hypoglycemic drugs; 3. Diagnosed hepatitis B virus infection by serological test(with a history of hepatitis B or hepatitis B antigen positive for up to six months, serological test show HBsAg or HBV DNA positive); 4. Willing to participate in the research, and accept intervention treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With any cancer; 2. Use of insulin or statin therapy within one year before enrollment; 3. With statin use contraindications; 4. At high risk of death or expected to be unable to complete the research.
