Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Minimal change nephroitic syndrome was definited by pathology; 2. The patients are incipient or recurrent to be treated once again; 3. The patients are between 14 and 60 years old; 4. The patients are sever edema: lower limbswith edema spreading to more than above the knee, or/and with moderate ascites pleural effusion, or pericardial effusion on both sides and/or with vaginal edema, and/or with weight gain is estimated that more than 15 kg; 5. Serum albumin of the patients is far below to 20g/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with severe infection ,severe gastrointestinal complications or other reasons can't accept oral drug treatment; 2. The patients are incipient or ecurrence of this, but have been used high doses of hormones or other immunosuppressive therapy more than 1 week ( except of application in small doses of hormones to maintain-cure before the recurrence ); 3. On account of economic difficulties or poor adherence, the patients cannot compl-ete clinical observation; 4. The patients need to add in other immunosuppressants.
