18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The patients with non small cell lung cancer;2 The patients from 18 years to 80 years old;3 The patients with EGFR mutation positive;4 The adenocarcinoma patiens with EGFR unknown mutation, non-small cell lung cancer patients with no smoking history;5 The non-small cell lung cancer patients in IIIB-IV of TNM staging; 6 The non-small cell lung cancer patients in ? - ?A of TNM staging can not be operated for some reason;7 The non-small cell lung cancer patients with 0-1 in PS scores.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with serious heart, liver, kidney disease; 2. The non-small cell lung cancer patients received operation treatment or chemotherapy; 3. The non-small cell lung cancer patients cannot tolerate chemotherapy; 4. The patients with negative EGFR mutation.
