Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with SAP choosed by diagnosis standard:(1) with AP clinical manifestation and biochemical changes, and with local complications: pancreatic necrosis, pseudocyst, pancreatic abscess or abdominal abscess, or one of organ failure;(2) critical condition often need comprehensive treatment, prognosis is poor, often leave the pancreas exocrine insufficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 the patients automatically discharged; 2 require surgery during 14 days after admission
