Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 120 children,3-7 years of age, classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists [ASA] physical status I-II, undergoing adenoidectomy or tonsillectomy or both during sevoflurane general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With known allergy to any of the medications used, serious cardiovascular system disease,liver or kidney dysfunction, developmental delay, airway disease, psychological disorders.
