18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged from 18-70; (2) single tumor or multiple tumors located on either side of the liver; (3) malignant tumors, without vascular or bile duct invasion; (4) in the presence of cirrhosis, the liver function was Child-Pugh Class A or B; (5) with normal laboratory, and no cardiovascular or renal disease, normal EKG; (6) no major concomitant surgical procedures, such as bowel or bile duct resection; (7) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0-1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) age younger than 18,older than 70 years; 2) tumor located in caudate lobe; 3) tumor located in/on hepatic portal or whom have to perform Pringle maneuver; 4) tumor located in both side of liver.
